How we reviewed LDS Planet

As an online dating expert, my team and I used a comprehensive process to review LDS Planet. We tested both the free and paid versions of the site, spending time sending messages to other users – in total we sent over 500 messages across 10 days of use. We also looked at various features such as profile creation tools, search functions, messaging options and user interface design before assessing customer service response times for support requests submitted by our team members. Additionally we took into account member feedback from existing customers on third-party sites like Trustpilot when forming our opinion about this particular platform’s services.
Our commitment to providing detailed reviews sets us apart from other review sites that don’t offer such in-depth insights; something which was especially important with regards to LDS Planet given its specific target audience within the faith community.

User Profiles

I recently tried out LDS Planet, a dating site specifically for those of the Mormon faith. While I was initially excited to see what this unique platform had to offer, my enthusiasm quickly faded after seeing how lackluster and outdated its user profiles are.

First off, all profile information is public – anyone can view your profile if they have an account on the website (which is free). You also don’t get much room for customizing your bio or introducing yourself in any meaningful way; you’re limited by pre-set fields like "interests" and "favorite music." Not exactly ideal when it comes to getting creative with who you are as a person!

Furthermore, location info appears right at the top of each user’s page – so unless you pay extra money for premium subscription features that allow users to hide their exact address from others’ viewings – everyone will know where exactly you live. That’s not really great news if privacy matters more than anything else while using online dating sites…

And speaking of paying up: there aren’t many benefits associated with having a premium membership on LDS Planet either. Sure enough some messaging options become available but other than that? It doesn’t seem worth it since most basic features remain unchanged regardless whether one has paid or not…

On top of everything else mentioned above there isn’t even any indication regarding distance between two users which means no matter how compatible someone might be personality wise – geographical differences could still make things complicated later down the line… ugh!

Last but certainly not least: during my testing period I encountered several fake accounts too – something which should never happen on such platforms in first place let alone being tolerated/ignored by admins!! Needless to say these were huge red flags discouraging me from ever coming back here again.. All in all then? Avoiding LDS Planet altogether would probably be best bet here as far as finding true love goes 😉

Security & Safety

When it comes to online dating, safety and security should be top of mind. Unfortunately, LDS Planet doesn’t quite measure up in this department. While they claim to have verification for users, there’s no way of knowing if that is actually true or not – so buyer beware!

The app also does nothing to fight against bots and fake accounts which can make the whole experience a bit sketchy at times. On top of that, there isn’t even an option for two-step verification so you’re pretty much just taking their word on everything when it comes down to who is really behind those profiles.

Plus photos are never manually reviewed before being posted – leaving open the possibility that someone could upload something inappropriate without any repercussions whatsoever from the site itself (which let’s face it: ain’t cool). And while they do offer some privacy options like hiding your profile from certain members or blocking other members altogether; these features don’t always work as intended either due its lackadaisical approach towards user protection overall.

All in all I’d say LDS Planet falls short when it comes down protecting its users – especially since most people turn here looking for love rather than potential danger! So unless you feel comfortable rolling with dice with regards your personal safety then maybe take a pass on this one…

Signing up

If you’re looking for a date and want to try out LDS Planet, here’s what the registration process looks like. It’s pretty straightforward but make sure you meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old before signing up!

First things first, head over to ldsplanet.com and click on "Sign Up". You’ll be taken to a page where they ask for your basic information – name, gender, birthdate etc., so have that handy when registering. After filling in all those details it will take you straight through to their questionnaire which is quite lengthy (so get comfortable!). This part can feel tedious as there are lots of questions about yourself and what kind of person/relationship type you’re after – don’t worry though because this helps them matchmake better later down the line! Once done with that step just hit submit at the bottom then sit back while they review your profile (this usually takes around 24 hours).

Once approved by LDS Planet staff members it’s time for photo uploads; this is an important one if ya wanna stand out from other users since most people won’t bother clicking profiles without pics attached! Uploading photos isn’t mandatory but recommended if ya wanna increase chances of finding someone special…or even just some fun dates along the way 😉 And lastly once everything has been filled in correctly simply confirm your email address via link sent from LDS Planet team et voila: ready-to-go dating profile created within minutes – sweet deal right?

So yeah overall not too shabby considering how quickly I was able set up my account plus no need shelling out any cash either as registration is free…pretty cool huh? All jokes aside though I think its worth checking out especially given how much effort goes into making sure everyone who signs up meets certain standards & criteria i.e only serious daters allowed here please ;P

  • To register on LDS Planet, you will need:
  • A valid email address
  • Your gender and the gender of the person you are looking for
  • Your age
  • Your zip code
  • Your username and password
  • An optional profile photo

Mobile App

Ah, LDS Planet. The dating site for all your Mormon needs! But does it have a mobile app? Well, I’m here to tell you that the answer is yes and no. Unfortunately, there’s no official LDS Planet mobile app available yet – but don’t despair just yet! There are some third-party apps out there that offer similar services as what you’d find on the website itself. These apps aren’t native (they’re not created by or affiliated with LDS Planet) so they may be slightly different in terms of features and design compared to what would be expected from an official one – but hey, beggars can’t be choosers right? The main advantage of these unofficial apps is their convenience; being able to access your account wherever you go makes staying connected easier than ever before. You can search profiles on-the-go without having to lug around a laptop or tablet everywhere with you – perfect if speed dating isn’t really your thing! Plus most of them are free too which helps save money when searching for love…or whatever else takes your fancy online 😉
On the downside though because these applications aren’t officially endorsed by LDSPlanet themselves this means users need to take extra caution when using them; make sure any information shared through such platforms remains secure at all times since they won’t necessarily benefit from same level security measures found within its parent website counterpart. Also keep in mind that due updates/patches might take longer than usual as well since developers behind such projects usually work independently thus response time could vary depending on how quickly issues get addressed etcetera etcetera…you get my drift yeah?

All things considered then while we wait patiently for an official application release from LDSPlanet those looking for quick fixes should definitely check out some alternatives currently available instead until further notice – happy hunting everyone!!

Pricing

When it comes to LDS Planet, I’m not sure if the price is right. On one hand, you can sign up for free and create a profile; but on the other hand, if you want to actually use their services then you’ll have to shell out some cash. The subscription prices aren’t exactly competitive either – they range from $14.99/month all the way up to $29.95/month depending on how long of a commitment you make upfront!

Sure there are benefits that come with getting a paid membership like being able to send messages or seeing who has viewed your profile – but honestly? That’s kind of what dating sites should offer in general without having us pay extra money for them! All things considered though…it might be worth signing up just so that more people can see your profile and hopefully find someone special faster than searching through endless profiles by yourself…but still – no matter which way I look at it- this pricing ain’t cheap!

Q&A

1. Is LDS Planet legit?

Absolutely not. It’s a complete waste of time and money, with no real success stories to speak of. I wouldn’t recommend it at all if you’re looking for an authentic dating experience.

2. How does LDS Planet work?

LDS Planet is a dating site that makes it easy to find someone you’re compatible with. It’s all about swiping and messaging, which I’m not a fan of. Overall, the process isn’t very personal or meaningful.

3. How long does it take to have my profile approved on LDS Planet?

It takes way too long to have your profile approved on LDS Planet. I waited days and it still wasn’t up, which was really annoying. It’s definitely not the best dating site out there in terms of speed or efficiency.

4. Is LDS Planet real?

Yes, LDS Planet is real. But it’s not the best dating site out there – I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a serious relationship. It’s more of a hookup app than anything else.
